We have learned to listen. To listen to patients and to medical care providers. They tell us what they need and we work to meet that need. We have learned that there's just no substitute for persistence. More often than not careful listening and persistence carry the day.
 
Once we have designed and thoroughly tested a new concept, we usually succeed in achieving wide distribution, often in partnership with major organizations you would recognize. If the concept is good, we want as many people to benefit as possible.
